By agreeing to this, you (“Client”) agree to retain Carolyn Witt (“Service Provider”) to proceed with support services for you, packaged under support experience, and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
During this experience, Service Provider agrees to devote a specific number of hours of implementation (additional implementations may be added during consult, if needed) to be determined by Client, as well as a Kickoff Consultation and a Pre-Implementation Strategy Session, post-implementation Revisions and post-implementation Email Support. (Specific time frame based on package selected.) Work will be performed at the offices of Service Provider, but occasionally may take place at other locations, as required. Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of Service Provider.
Implementation is typically 2-4 wks after Kickoff and will be scheduled during Kickoff Consultation. Implementation is broken into 4-hour afternoons, typically 1 – 5 PM EST, over consecutive days. You will need to be available by messenger throughout the process to provide feedback and answer questions quickly. If we haven’t already, we will set the dates for your Pre-Implementation Strategy Session and your Implementation during our Kickoff Consultation.
This experience includes a set number of hours of implementation, not a guaranteed set of deliverables. Each experience is unique, and what is accomplished during the implementation all depends on a Clients specific needs, the detail and timely return of the pre-work the Client provides, and how responsive the Client is able to be to reviews and questions throughout the day.
During the post-experience support, the Client will be able to email Service Provider with any questions or concerns about the work that was performed during the intensive, and will receive a reply via email or video tutorials. This support does not cover additional design or website work that exceeds what was done during the intensive. If the Client has additional work that needs to be performed, the Client will have the option to book additional services.
Payment for these services will be to Service Provider and will be due at the time of booking this appointment. Client may choose to alternatively pay a deposit of 50%, and pay the balance 48 hours prior to the implementation day. **If the balance is not paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the implementation date the deposit will be forfeited.**
This purchase is non-refundable, but Implementations may be transferred to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice. The Client’s deposit is valid for 90 days, and must be used within that timeframe. In the event the intensive fails to occur within 90 days, or the Client fails to request a new Implementation date at least 7 days prior to their booked Implementation, the deposit will be forfeited, and the experience will be terminated. If the Client wishes to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original deposit may, at the Service Providers discretion, be applied to a new booking at the current experience rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.
Services in addition to the experience will be made available by Service Provider at the current rate, and will be billed separately. Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be billed separately. Examples of such expenses are: stock images, premium font licenses, and 3rd party application services.
The results of any and all work performed by Service Provider for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of the Client. Client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate.
Service Provider has the right to cancel the project at any time if you fail to comply with the project agreement, act in any way that goes against company values, or exhibit inappropriate behavior. Harassment, disrespectful language, and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
Client understands that any written statements, images, audio recordings or video recordings of Client while participating in the experience and made on behalf of the Service Provider may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting the Service Provider. Client authorizes the Service Provider to use their name, brief biographical information, and the written or recorded statements.
